This is important to say:

In the race for NC Supreme Court, it’s not like a foot race and Allison Riggs surged and took the lead from Jefferson Griffin.

These aren’t new votes. The votes were already in (via provisional ballots) and North Carolina counties are counting them. They’ll finish Monday.
