I much prefer ebooks for general reading - I don't have to handle crap lighting, I don't have to handle dodgy print quality etc .. Sure physical books are nice, and it's nicer to browse a bookshop, but yeah.

I just wish I could have a kindle oasis which supported libby/kindle/drm-free etc ...

Similar thing in music world.. people master on crap speakers, and if it sounds good there ...

But yes, if you're doing books/prints etc ... then calibrate away. If not, just relax.

I think there is also this nihilism amongst those under, say 50, who missed out on final salary schemes, coupled with the past 20+ years of economic turmoil, that pensions aren't worth it.
