Yeah, there’s always room for improvement with messaging and policy. But the stakes of this election were easily knowable, and I think we’ve gotta move away from a consumerist view of our votes and towards “everyone has a duty to use their vote to do the most good possible.”

To be clear, I think they are doing this poorly. I do think they might be able to get away with being toughish on immigration if they had some momentum on the economy/cost of living. Why they haven’t really gone gangbusters in building housing is beyond me.
