It's World Cancer Day and 10 years ago this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I can't believe it was a decade ago

It is one of my bug bears in public policy that certain elements of the media get a free ride on attacking the NHS for offering staff a "good pension" whilst ignoring the fact that the treasury has literally never lost money on the scheme. It's a net money earner for the treasury
