A study found that volunteering slows down aging in retirees: the DNA of people who volunteered the equivalent of one to four hours a week showed distinctive biomarkers associated with decelerated epigenetic aging, with the most pronounced effects among retired people.

It’s not often that the governors of California and Florida are on the same page, but this week they’re aligned in opposition to the White House’s latest plan to expand offshore oil drilling near both their shores.

Maddening…Harris told them. So sad that trump has done this…
In 2022, Biden earmarked billions of dollars to help former coal communities. It was the largest investment in Appalachia since LBJ's 1960s’ war on poverty.

But Trump won West Virginia 70% to 28% in 2024. And now he's taking away the funding Biden gave them.

When are they going to learn?

In Monrovia, California, protesters are purchasing 17¢ ICE scrapers from Home Depot and immediately returning them to create long lines and slow down the entire store. Their aim is to disrupt sales and convey a message opposing ICE raids occurring in their neighborhood.

If any other employee at a company took time off from your job that was not pre approved, they would not have a job to return to work.

They don’t want to fund ACA subsidies, support SNAP and they have medical benefits that are paid with our tax dollars. They got paid with our taxes and not work.

This is a huge warning sign.

Trump thinks he can make up his own facts. That’s why he fired the head of the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Now he’s telling us to wait a year for the “real numbers”?

His policies are tanking the economy. And no amount of mathematical gymnastics will change that.
