I will say, I know several content creators that still exclusively use twitter and I 100% think less of them for it. Dual posting and making bsky your main is not hard. The tips in this thread can help.

A lot of people are rightfully arguing that they need to stay on Twitter because their livelihoods depend on it, and that's understandable, but I also see that the majority of those who stay there are not making an effort to drive their audience elsewhere.

Gift Sub Promo Revenue Sharing The revenue sharing during the promotional events described on this page work like this: Twitch and the streamer split the discounted gift subscription revenue. In promotions like this one, streamers will make their usual net revenue share on the discounted price the viewer paid. Our analysis shows that these discounts drive a higher volume of purchases and typically more than offset the reduced price. This means viewers get to gift subs for less, and streamers should earn more. Note about SUBtember - We consider SUBtember to be a special, longer community celebration event and as in past years, Twitch and sponsors will subsidize the full cost of the promotion, meaning streamers will be paid based on the full value of a purchased subscription, despite the user getting a discount. This is unique to SUBtember.

Twitch's Path to Partnership documentation has changed to remove 'raids' from the excluded list. As such, the "Average of 75 viewers" calculation displayed on the page now appears to include raids.
The new wording has removed the word 'raids' from the exclusions. It now reads: To be eligible to apply to the Partner Program, you must meet all three requirements within the same 30-day period. All calculations exclude Front-Page Promotions and Embeds. In addition to these requirements, consistency is important. For the past two consecutive months prior to your application, we look for prospective Partners to have at least 8 individual streams that meet the minimum requirement of 75 average viewers per 30 day period. There are certain circumstances where we may accept applications outside of these criteria. Some instances may include exceptional viewership growth or an established audience on other platforms. We also consider suspension history when evaluating applications. Please note that applying does not guarantee Partnership. Learn more
