Schumbergera and Epiphyllum freak,
Book Dragon who has a list of authors that I love. Includes Taylor Caldwell, Pearl S. Buck, Toni Morrison, Louise Erdrich, Amy Tan, Pat Conroy.
There are many more. Cat rescuer. Dog mom.
Found in a free box by the side of the road this summer. I have most of Amy Tan's books from decades past, but this isn't fiction, it's what she calls A Book of Musings. I was spellbound and am now inspired to reread my collection. 30 yrs later, The Joy Luck Club is blowing me away.

89-year-old Suzuki!
This is important, to push and understand, that every degree matters.
Unfortunately, in my neck of the woods, we are feeling the pessimism as David Suzuki announces that we're too late:

turns out the GOP budget bill adds so much to deficits that it will automatically trigger cuts to Medicare (not just Medicaid).
Older voters unlikely to be happy about this when word gets out

Was the fix in when he posted this today? 🧐

Looks like insider trading to me.

Not only is it illegal, it has thrown our economy and markets into chaos for days.

And Trump is helping out his buddies along the way.

OSSOFF: Disagreements between the president and VP about US plans and intentions would be of obvious interest to foreign intelligence services, would it not?
