Those things that give quality to life are usually the first to end up on the chopping block of government budgets.

Name any place where visitors can find calm and beauty and not be expected to pay to pay.

Support should be a given.

Few times in a politician's career does a vote carry so many health implications and dangers to life itself as this decision does.

Opening the government does not trump the lives of your constituents!

Re-think!

This is a great idea, but I have not heard of a lot in Canada.

Local organisers/repair nerds across the country have a challenge.

This organisation supports local groups worldwide in starting and running their own Repair Cafés.

agreeing to make a terrible deal while your main opponent is quite literally being boo'd on live tv by an entire stadium of people is the kind of political instinct you'd normally only find in a 3 week old dead goldfish

First, Canada's people turned inward and seriously curtailed travelling and buying US products.

Second, CDN government started making deals with other countries for products we used to buy from the US.

It's hard, but it's working!

Trump's tariffs are hurting us in two ways:

First, the obvious: Higher costs → either lower profits or higher prices.

Second, more subtle (perhaps bigger): We’ve signaled we’re an unreliable partner, so allies are reorganizing supply chains to avoid us. That's hard to unwind.
