I know that turbulence can’t take down a plane but that doesn’t mean it isn’t scary as hell. 😩 And why did one of the pilots get up to go to the bathroom like 10 mins from landing while we’re all being tossed around in our seats. Please go fly this plane sir 😭😭

I miss my little dogs so much when traveling. So, I went on the chihuahua subreddit to cheer myself up and it’s full of posts of chi’s who have passed and other chihuahua owners consoling one another. Now I’m just sitting in my hotel room sobbing. 😭

I haven’t listened to a single “news” podcast in several weeks and I’ve noticed my mental health has been all the better for it. Take this as a reminder to keep a healthy media diet. Our brains haven’t evolved to take in the onslaught of information that gets thrown at us daily.

I like the convenience of my Kindle but also this is why I prefer buying physical media. They’ll have to pry my books, movies, and albums out of my hands.
