I'll admit, I had trouble deciphering some of the items. Like, should I base it off the picture or a good version of that dish. For example, I'm a big fan of 'pork' generally but that pork loin they used as a picture looked mid at best.

Just thinking about Roberts' last end of year report where he said one of the top issues was open defiance of court orders.

The Supreme Court continues to shamelessly encourage parties aligned with the administration to disregard lower courts.

Also the commentary should be clear that the language here extends to what needs to be evaluated in an EIS.

From my read it doesn't go to the evaluation of whether the evaluations are sufficiently detailed.
