Trying to keep my head above water...
I use it sparingly to keep in touch/tabs on family and old friends who live far away.

I can understand some local restaurants/shops using it, though. Some places can't afford a web designer or don't have the capacity to code or maintain a site and for them FB is probably the easiest alternative.

Loved seeing Shawn Colvin. Wish I could catch her and MC Carpenter together live!

The Go-Go's are also the first concert I ever saw, and I've seen them the most (1984, 1990 reunion, 1996ish in a triple bill w/the B's and Psychedelic Furs, and 2011).

Wow, this is the best explanation of the JOA (and the complexity of all of it) that I've ever read!

Ancient history, but still surprised that the PG survived the 1992 strike while the Press didn't.

In a few months I'll be 57 and I don't know how the FUCK that happened.

Still air quality issues too, with the Beaver cracker plant.

Some of the mines have been closed for 50-75+ years and yet so many little towns/counties still deal with acid mine drainage.

Or - sadly, horrifyingly - she'll be the new anchor of the CBS Evening News.

You're absolutely right, Your Grace. You instilled in us an appetite to feast on the carcass of our enemies!

I love vinyl but understand why younger music fans would buy CD's - it's cheaper. I started buying MP3's when iTunes became a thing b/c CD's were up to $20+, so I get it.

I still get most albums on MP3, even w/my vinyl addiction. I think I've bought some classics 4-5x since the 80s.

I always wondered why Love or Money never showed up on a studio album (as Jericho did). It would have been at home on The Hissing of Summer Lawns.

"One of the greatest musical performances in all of human history" YES!!!

Knowing it was her tribute to JFK a few weeks after his assassination just make the context of her performance all the richer.

YES!

Beautiful man, beautiful music.

Thanks!

That surprised me but I guess it shouldn't have - there's been such an influx of younger residents (and ppl new to Pittsburgh) in the last decade.

Also not a surprise that Westmoreland is at the bottom of the list. Wonder where Cambria lands in comparison?
