Time is everything in wrestling.
The longer you give something to develop and grow, the longer the casual audience will stay interested.
Lots of talented women in that locker room that could reach the next level if given the chance consistently.

Just one way AEW could improve the Women’s division:
Let them wrestle for longer and make the matches mean something. Kris Statlander returned and was instantly in the title picture, she’s since wrestled 1 match longer than 5 minutes
Imagine she wrestled 10-15 against another contender instead?

So today brought down my old wrestling figures from the attic. As I was bringing down our holiday deco. Sufficed to say that my 6 year daughter and I had a blast. I almost cried when she told me that Roddy Piper was her favorite. But she also liked my Dusty Rhodes voice.

I always wanted someone to run a time machine’d rock n’ wrestling gimmick in modern times… and I am thoroughly pleased at how entertaining they are.

I think everybody who is into American wrestling should sit and watch all of the first Clash of the Champions. It is the blueprint for any professional wrestling show.

I have watched the segment back a few times. Everything was presented fantastically.
I really loved how hard they sold the piledriver on last night's Smackdown. That goes such a long way. I wish more moves were heavily protected, but thats definitely a special circumstance in WWE
