Why this obsession with expansion? Can’t a small business just stay small, do what it does well, and share increased revenues with its employees- or drop prices to better support its customers in hard times?

Wow. 😮 Everyone needs to read the WH statement- not just the summary. It is truly awful and aims more to punish anyone whose funding is not expressly in line with MAGA worldview. The irony in this part is quite painful.

I love that Brazil is all like, “Yeah, no” to Trump. But what’s up with this “defying” BS? Since when does the Trumpyre have the right to exert power over other nation’s justice systems? Let’s try language like: “the Brazilian courts held firm in the face of Trump’s unwarranted demands.” Do better!

Yet another really bad decision. As a former teacher, I worked with parents as best I could to allow options for kids who were allowed to celebrate certain holidays. That was difficult enough. Now they’ve opened the door to any reason to “opt out”! Believe me: teaching is hard enough already.
