How to run GenomeCheck:
- Instantly on Streamlit Community Cloud - lnkd.in/erSruXxt
- Locally via Docker - meadm/genomecheck:latest
- By cloning the GitHub repo and creating an environment from the provided environment.yml file

What GenomeCheck does:
- Runs basic QC and summary stats
- Optionally runs BUSCO to assess genome completeness
- Optionally runs fastANI to estimate pairwise Average Nucleotide Identity between uploaded genomes, helping flag unexpected relationships
