Hi everyone! I’ve unfortunately been diagnosed with a likely rib fracture from the hospital. Likely it occurred on Friday, August 8 during a protest where I was in the middle of asking for a PIO/supervisor.

As is clear in the video, I waited for a moment for a break in the line moving forward.

8:20pm: Steady but lighter rains continue across the Tulsa metro. Still drive carefully tonight and watch out for flood-prone areas.

The stronger storms from McAlester to Muskogee to near Tahlequah are capable of strong 50 mph winds in addition to torrential rains as they move slowly east. #okwx

Indeed it’s early but as of now the odds are pretty good TS Erin will turn north before it approaches the eastern seaboard.
It's ultra early. And #Erin has started off at a very high latitude. Here are this morning's Euro, American GFS, Canadian, and Euro AI ensemble track forecasts going out beyond 7 days (via

This is a key point--terminations have hit every corner of the country.

See, e.g., the map below from our homepage at grant-witness.us

Awful lotta orange and yellow in Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio. Even Missouri. UAB alone has lost over $18M in funds it was previously awarded.

An example of the explicit policy choice made by Congressional Republicans and Trump: they could have had zero cuts to Medicaid and SNAP while reducing the top 10%'s tax cut for the same fiscal cost.

The top 10% would've still gotten a tax cut.

They chose different.

In experiments with mixed immune cells (e.g. from blood), stimulation can induce downstream effects in non-target cells. We compared signalling by ligand-receptor analysis of single cell RNA profiles from 150K immune cells treated with 11 different simulations. doi.org/10.1101/2025...

Very good for giving a succinct summary for teaching topics if you need a reminder. But PhD theses and journals all behind paywalls so the stuff that we would want to access isn’t available. Imagine if LLM could access all the medical knowledge- got to be some uncovered insights 🤔
I have quite the topic for the #MedSkyDebate this weekend.
Do you use Chat GTP and how has it affected your practise??
ChatGTP did this infographic.
Is AI bad for us or can we use it to assist us?
Pro’s and Con’s.
This should be the best debate!!
