Ok watch the new season of the Diplomat. It wasn’t easy. I liked previous episodes very much but found our female protagonist to be unwatchable this season. Just really stupid and carelessly put together she was not the strong smart role model we needed #thediplomat

Listening to a discussion about ideological capture and why more conservatives aren’t in higher education. I have a simple answer. MAGA doesn’t take their free k-12 seriously and few strive for excellence. I’m speaking of my area only in the Deep South.

Our federal tax dollars are being used to fund a network of government social media accounts that pump out disinformation 24/7. Even during a government shutdown. It’s definitely not essential work.

If nothing else I find it obscene to turn governmental agencies that are meant to function as institutions in service of the entire American political community into overtly partisan propaganda mouthpieces.
It’s just such a visceral degeneration of civic life it drives me insane.

I’m looking for tips on a good audible book. When it’s this hot, I stay in the house curtains drawn and listen to books on Audible while I clean Cook and do artwork in my studio. The last thing I read was Dan Brown’s deception point I gave it a seven I need ideas.

First and foremost - do not protest at night. Too dangerous, too many bad things can be made to happen by corrupt law enforcement, Trump Gestapo, agent provocateurs and nut jobs who seek out violence.
