From a customer pov, I had to argue with a bus company recently, as their customer support team reply was clearly written by AI (confidently wrong re:timetsbles & contained a ChatGPT UTM tracking code in a link), as I believe it breacheas GDPR, as they can't control my data that they fed it 🙄
