Just an FYI for those on LinkedIn:
from Nov 3rd, they'll be using user data to train AI. If you don't want your data to be used, you have to manually opt-out in the settings. There might be a link at the top of the screen, but if not: Settings-->Data privacy--> Data for Generative AI Improvement

I had a lot of fun taking part in the “I’m a Scientist” outreach activity, talking to school students about science, career opportunities, and just life. As the term finished, I had a nice surprise as it turned out that I was the most voted for person this term - yay

They are incredibly fast birds that land only for nesting. One flew just a few meters in front of me. Although the moment lasted a fraction of a second, I managed to discern their brown plumage.

God, I love the Last of Us. TLOU2 is one of my favourite video games (and the one I've replayed the most), and the show doesn't disappoint. Strong season and a great finale. Also, loved the legally distinct City of Thieves by David Benioff (not "Thieves of the City" by Ben Davidoff) 😉
