People who understand better than I do, please weigh in here. As I understand it, AHA would have worked brilliantly with the original idea of requiring healthy people to have insurance to counter-balance covering preexisting conditions. This requirement was struck down 1/2

He hasn't got a clue. (Duh). He has no idea what Brown University is or does. IMHO, if he knew, he would not think Brown is a wonderful school. Odd to see him trying to be sympathetic.
