- They have removed all "Contact Us" options from their Web site

I told this utterly unhelpful person that I had not "threatened" anyone, and to note my statement in my account.

I informed her that this was Amazon's problem, not mine, and that any packages stolen after my instructions are ignored will result in a chargeback through my credit card company.
She accused me of "threatening" @Amazon.

First, I was told that "USPS does not see or follow delivery instructions..." when she KNEW that the package had been delivered by Amazon.
Then, she read me the same lie, substituting "the delivery contractor" for USPS.
