What's so hard about roasting a turkey without drying it out?
I just picked up a fresh 20 lb. Butterball turkey at Costco (for 99¢/lb!) along with fresh broccoli florets and pre-made gravy, stuffing, and mashed potatoes.
Everyone, including my cat Otto, is looking forward to Thursday.

We're VERY happy with Quantum Fiber...
This is the fastest Internet we've had in Tucson... and the speed shown is limited by my desktop's 1 Gbps network port.
Our @quantumfiber.bsky.social connection is 3 Gbps... so I just ordered a new desktop with a faster NIC to get the full connection speed!
