"Able-bodied on Medicaid" ... riiight. For just the logistics, how do you plan to get these people to the agricultural areas? Many, if not most, live far away. Plus, able-bodied might mean debilitating mental illness, age, or intellectual disability. None deserve this. Fuck your eugenics, Rollins.
