Here's my tinfoil hat theory
I think YouTube includes the username of the person you are replying to in the filter check
The blurred username is just random characters, but I often see comments get flagged when people forget to put space between the username they are mentioning and their comment

I think that when GTA6 finally releases, it would be really funny if it ended up being a bad video game.
Very likely not going to happen, probably will be a good game, but I just think the scenario of GTA6 sucking after all this time and money is really funny.
