Flynn went to the farmers market today and saw some very large, conical cabbages. But his favorite part was getting a little pup cup of whipped cream from one of the lovely vendors!

At Ikea today. I don't know if someone brought their own pencil or used one of those little stubby ones from the bins by the disposable measuring tapes, but I appreciated their work.

One of the downy woodpeckers has returned! What a cutie. About the size of a plump sparrow or finch, and while I didn't have an opportunity to measure its beak I don't think the bird or its beak are big enough for it to be a hairy woodpecker. #birds

Standing in my garden rn eating Sungold cherry tomatoes off the vine. They are delicious. The plant is still producing flowers--so optimistic about its lifespan as fall approaches!

Just sick to hear about the destruction of the Grand Canyon Lodge. We spent a couple of days in one of the cabins there a few years ago and it was wonderful.
