It’s unreal to say “I’ve been upset since you told me that a beloved family member was diagnosed w/ Stage 4 Prostate Cancer. I spent the past day or so thinking about it for this [specific & valid reason] & I cried a few times.”

It feels like I’ll never catch up. I’m so stressed out at work because I’m so worried that we won’t get bonuses. We’ve got one every year since I started here, but my anxiety is like “fml this is frfr, a bonus is my only hope of getting ahead again” and I won’t know anything for another 2weeks…🙃🙃

I’m still not out of the hole, monetarily speaking, from being on leave for my surgery. I’m so stressed out. My paycheck cleared today & I just staring at it knowing that I don’t need to do the math to know I damn sure don’t have enough for everything. I was already overdrawn by $35 Monday morning.

I got mad about my hair again today I just aggressively detangled it for a while then put it in a ponytail and cut off like 5 or so inches. Because screw it. I feel better already but when I have some extra money we’re going shorter mf
