That's actually not how it is.

One month ago, CDU/CSU was expected to get more than 30% of votes; AfD went from 10% in the last election to now 20%. It's devastating that they got this many votes.

Good thing is that our democracy is (hopefully) strong enough not to form a coalition with nazis.

I didn't vote for Merz, but I agree with him on this. After all the bullshit Vance talked at the MSC, it's clear that this US administration, at best, doesn't see the EU as a partner, possibly even as an enemy.
