If “waste, fraud and abuse” are actually being uncovered, could we see a couple examples that can be investigated and confirmed by an independent 3rd party?

But it goes further than that, you can’t use / buy a service from a company that receives government money. No buying a cyber truck as the software constitutes an ongoing service use.
