No matter how well you plan, how good your systems are, your energy capacity as a Neurodivergent person is less. Plan for less and then make that your maximum capacity. You should still never be doing your maximum at all times.

Globally, most wool is burned, dumped, and landfilled. Such a shame as it's such an amazing, versitile fibre that is part of a regenerative, circular system.
