An increase in current UK annual defence spending from 2.3% of GDP (£42.7 billion) by
0.7% to 3% of GDP is an increase of £13 billion - a huge number. In fact it’s only one third of the annual tax revenue lost as a direct result of BREXIT, a number which still causes gammons no concern whatsoever.

This is Eleanor Shearer who appeared on the BBC Politics Live programme today and whose contribution was superb.
She would be an extremely valuable member of the Bluesky community. Please Google her and reach out to her. Hopefully she may climb on board.
