Amendment stating the Constitution is self executing (no requirements for enabling legislation, though it shouldn't be forbidden either)

Also worth noting that a very similar cycle of slogan overreacting took place in in 2018 (The linked tweet is no longer there but it was "a better deal") As long as its not something that actively frightens people absolutely no one is voting on slogans and it's really not worth worrying about.

I'd go with people not thinking the question through and interpreting it as "aliens visiting the earth" before I'd reach for the role of Christianity in why people responded the way the did

Feel like there need to be some follow up questions to see how many people A: know what creationism is and B: how they understand the question (I.e, how many support mentioning creationism briefly as a popular myth vs giving it equal footing to evolutionary theory)

52% DK for Thune. Looking at the crosstabs it looks like the difference comes from GOP New Yorkers liking her but not having any opinions on Thune while Dem New Yorkers do have negative views on Thune.

More likely it's just made up. Anthony Horowitz isn't involved with production in any way and there's already been lots of reporting on how they're looking at actors in their early 30s.

Should also note the Irish president is a powerless figurehead and the race has come down to a one on one with her and a government minister so most voters are approaching this as a cost free way to give the government a kicking. Not great but not really an endorsement of her views either.
