Pretty sure Visa is recording phone numbers now, I have called them several times now. Last few times as soon as they pick up I get "we have already provided you with all the relevant information, we will now be disconnecting the call" and hangs up before I can even speak

Today I spoke with a very pleasant supervisor at Visa. I explained that the statement he read me seemed to be at odds with reality. I made it clear that I was not accusing HIM of lying, but that the statement was not factual. He took a statement from me and passed it on verbatim.
Called today (4th time since Thursday) and was told that visa "does not make moral judgments about what content can be purchased" and categorically did not apply pressure to itch and steam. Requests to speak to a supervisor were declined.
If you call visa, they'll deflect you to an email. If you ask for a case number, they take 5 minutes to generate one.

Visa has started telling me to speak with my bank provider for more information on their policies and how it affects my transactions.
