Not in San Diego, where traffic engineers have repeatedly told me that the flow of turning cars is more important than pedestrians having safe crosswalks on all sides of intersections. #sandiego

The Port of San Diego shouldn't be handing out parking placards to their contractors, if they're going to use them to endanger the public. Naturescape was blocking the bike lane on 45+ mph Harbor Drive 20 feet from a dedicated parking spot for maintenance vehicles. #sandiego

One of these vehicles was given a large tax break for being green
The "California Air Resources Board" also just canceled the ebike rebate program in order to give more money to buyers of Teslas and monstrosities like these which burn so much energy, they are almost as polluting as combustion cars

Northbound Pacific Highway San Diego. The entire shoulder disappears after this and you have to merge with cars. The speed limit is 55 mph, but drivers often go 70 or more.

4 crashes, not including the most recent one. And this was the first fatality, that's probably their excuse for not doing anything beforehand.
