It's a few years old but this suggests the the UK has only cut by about half of what it claims, when consumption based accounting is used.

You don't need to do my homework, I did it. Some of the data are on my old laptop (the health service stopped reporting data in 2022, before I changed laptops) but here is one of the graphs I generated before the cessation.

A new daily surface temperature record in the ERA5 data set, for December 30th, beating last year's record. And we're not even in an El Niño now.
