We have fought for almost 50 years to protect civil rights and achieve lived equality for communities in need.
New York made major climate progress this year, but we need to defend it! On Dec 11, we’re gathering in Albany to urge Governor Hochul to sign the 100-Foot Rule Repeal.

We just won a court order blocking the U.S. Department of Transportation’s illegal attempt to tie transportation funding to immigration enforcement.

We will keep fighting to protect our immigrant communities and ensure our roads, airports, and transit systems get the support they need.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Transportation are illegally forcing states to comply with the administration’s immigration policies or give up billions of dollars in funding for disaster relief and transportation.

I’m suing to stop this unlawful overreach.
