📄 Judicial warrants: signed by a judge, specify who/what/where, allow entry into private spaces.
🚫 ICE warrants: signed only by ICE, do NOT allow entry into homes or businesses.

NYLPI testified before the NYC Board of Correction, urging them to reject DOC requests allowing continued overcrowding at Rikers.

The Board of Correction ultimately denied the requests, a critical step toward justice and dignity for incarcerated New Yorkers.
