The Furry Lurker
@nyennn.itch.io
I'm 27, and I'm lurking. Any pronouns fine.

If you're a minor you should avoid viewing this profile, the profile of anyone I am following, and the profile of anyone who is following me.
HOLY MOLY!!!

I'm quite delighted to have happened across your handiwork. Can't wait to see what other artistic wiles you have in store for your audience.

Bold of you to assert that conservatives could ever be content with anything as well-rounded (read as woke) as the wheel.

Enlighten me.

Wunderbar.

I don't anticipate that anyone can, but I would be interested in knowing why this particular subject elicited such a potent response.

Prior to this odd moment in time, my recommendations feed has been an amalgamation of videos from channels that I'd subscribed to and videos transparently devoid of aesthetics or sincerity (the algorithmic ideal of content). The ratio tended to hover around 50/50.

I can understand YouTube deducing the correlation between my accounts, but I've never seen the algorithm respond so fervently to my interests before.

Today I opened up YouTube and the first 6 rows of recommended videos were all related to Disco Elysium (game reviews, playthroughs, etc.).

I reckon that any category of people you look into that insist on their superiority on the basis that they're somehow the 'default' will have some self-image issues.

I know that it's scapegoating, but I find the people capable of such malice more frightening than any caricature they could concoct.

Good. Do it quickly before some band of kooks finds your account decides it's their god given destiny to harass you for all time.

Asides from the actual harm that it does to people (trans or otherwise), I find the arbitrariness of it all very disturbing. They're trying to eliminate a group of people because of a version that exists only in their minds, and it's a frenzy they could get into over any poorly understood category.

If she knew then almost certainly not great, but based on past interviews she's done I'd say that Atsuko Sato is probably unaware of the more nefarious uses of Kabosu's likeness.

It also doesn't help that Musk's personal beliefs appear to have informed alterations to user feed moderation. In other words, what users are interested in seeing has been diluted with what Musk would like them to see, and it sours on people who don't share his views.

I'd also like to posit that the changes that the site has been going while under Elon's stewardship have not been for the better. Possession of an account has become arbitrary (by the time I'd left almost a tenth of the artists I were following had their accounts suspended for vague reasons).

I'd like to propose that 'leaving' is the better option. It reduces the number of social media handles you have to keep an eye on by one. It reduces the risk of your work being added to someone's data set for training an AI. There is no monetary cost for users to create accounts to follow you here.
