At the moment. I am, in fact, performing a great deal of nonsense.
The image provided depicts what appear to be 9 function definitions, 1 definition for a class of constant values, and a collection of congruence identities expressed as piecewise expression. Of the function definitions 6 appear to be piecewise functions while the others have a more classical representation. There is a great deal of repetition of terms suggesting a recursive and interdependent nature to these definitions. The meaning of the provided image is unclear as there are many instances of what appear to be abuse of notation and careless mingling of different fields of mathematics and several generic notational conventions are frequently recurring elements but are not explained.
