Our Tribal Nations are already feeling the effects of the government shutdown.
Tribal self governance: Many tribes rely on fed funding 4 operation costs, which can include everything from administration to police or child care. Already, the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe in NV has furloughed 25 employees & been forced to shutter cultural & educational programs.
