Most of my desktop images are calm and soothing Cape Cod landscapes from my runs. And then there’s this one from SHOP THERAPY in Provincetown.

Circling back, is Triangle Building sitting empty awaiting re-development, or can we tell if it is occupied? Apple Maps implies it’s still an Apple Building, "Stevens Creek 9” The Triangle Building at 5300 Stevens Creek Blvd is currently occupied and actively used as office space by Apple Inc.. It is not sitting empty awaiting re-development. Occupied by Apple: Apple is the primary, if not sole, tenant, having leased all six floors (85,600 square feet) of the building since early 2020. Active Use: The building is part of Apple's cluster of offices in the area (including nearby buildings on 5400 Stevens Creek Blvd) and is listed in internal directories as "Apple Stevens Creek 9". There are reports of Apple logos being visible inside and active use of amenities like an on-site gym and cafe for employees. No Redevelopment Plans: The building was sold to LBA Realty in 2021 with Apple as a secure, long-term tenant, indicating stability rather than impending demolition or redevelopment.
