Framing Kosova’s issues as “minority rights” is deeply misleading. In three years, Serbia’s army has mobilized at the border four times, while Kosova also faced a paramilitary attack and an assault on critical infrastructure. While the EU was busy pressuring Kosova with negative measures.
So, Italy's FM wants all W. Balkan countries in the EU by 2029, except for Bosnia & Kosovo, the two primary victims of Milosevic's aggression & the site of his worst crimes against humanity.
