So I've discovered a real urge to have a go at cryptic crosswords. I'm still terrible at them, but can do about half of a Guardian quick cryptic! Has anyone got any good pointers or resources for UK store cryptics?

First year as a runner this year, and I've discovered new exciting pains, but had a brilliant time helping out.
Especially enjoyed "Anyone can be an alphabet soup ally" by Linda Torrång and Jess Pomfret, and was super impressed with the non-technical talks!

Being the local cat weirdoes, we got a new visitor today. Meet Turnip who's off to get a check over and chip scan later. He's SUPER FRIENDLY but we already have a dog and two local cats so we'll be looking for a foster, shelter, or forever home to take him asap
