Boil to soften. Angle grinder to cut the shell along the spine, drain oil and brake fluids, devein and clean, mix the meat with garlic, parsley, black pepper, lemon juice, and dill. Return to shell, bake while basting with butter and honey at 30 minute intervals. Serve over rice with green onions.
