A view from my bed in hospital

This psych hospital is where i will spend next 3 or 4 weeks. My left shoulder got better, but i should avoid moving my left arm too much and can't lift anything heavy with it of course. My brain just couldn't handle all the pressure i put on myself, thats why im here, i hope i can recover asap.

I dont know long my shoulder will take to recover, but i cant use my left arm because it has to be bandaged or kept in place to avoid any further damage to the shoulder. My mom lives in another city and can't help me much financially right now.
