I'm excited to announce a new album, though songs on it aren't exactly new. There are 3 remakes of my old songs which really needed it, and 2 other songs that didn't make it to my last album. The album should be out in a month hopefully.

I'm back home now and went back to work. My left shoulder still haven't fully healed yet and sometimes i feel tension or pain, but i think that eventually I can fully recover. On a side note, i have to take SSRI for at least 6 months, still don't know if I'll be able to properly get off it later.

It's been two weeks since I've been in a psych hospital, i do feel much better and my arm is getting better as well as I'm getting treatment and doing small exercises. Don't know how much longer i'll have to be there though, probably two more weeks.

This psych hospital is where i will spend next 3 or 4 weeks. My left shoulder got better, but i should avoid moving my left arm too much and can't lift anything heavy with it of course. My brain just couldn't handle all the pressure i put on myself, thats why im here, i hope i can recover asap.

My last post wasn't me asking for help anymore. I already got so much help from all you, it's more than enough. right now i need to try to recover as soon as i can, the doctors are going to give me proper medication so i can recover, even if not fully, but i'll try to be optimistic. Thank you!

I'll write up a detailed explanation of everything that has happened when i can. The psychiatrist is telling me left that i was overreacting and made myself believe that everything is horrible and falling apart, when i could've stayed calm and just endure the pain that's supposed to be normal.

Due to a sudden unfortunate chain of events that began after my shoulder injury, something happened to me, lt's a creeping strangling feeling around my neck, that culminates in me screaming in fear. it feels extremely scary and painful to the point where i can't breathe

I had a severe panic attack as I was falling asleep. I will go to a psychiatrist in the morning, some of my relatives are going to stay with me until then.

An update on the current state of things. My recovery isnt going well, since my uncle wants me to keep going to work. While the work itself isnt that demanding, my condition keeps getting worse, because its clear that i cant live on my own in such state.

I'm extremely grateful for your help, thank you so much! I hope i can recover from this as soon as possible to eventually be able to live normally and go back to writing more music.

Sorry that im doing something like this, but i need help. A few days ago I was diagnosed with tendonitis and bursitis in my left shoulder, the pain has gotten worse and I can't use my left arm at all, i can't go to work and the medication is expensive.
