“I’m doing everything I can to stay alive.”

Sophie is fighting for access to life-extending drugs, and for the right to choose how her story ends.
She wants to be here for her daughter, to fight for more time, and to ensure her death, when it comes, is dignified and without suffering.

Scotland - Tell your MSP why school pupils deserve the right to opt out of religious worship. I recall my schooldays thinking how odd it was that I was lead in prayer or in signing hymns to a god which I did not believe existed.

Thank you Emma Roddick for addressing this issue. The bill in its current form is unequal - children would be able to opt into religious observance against the wishes of their parents but not to opt out. The response from the cabinet secretary does not seem to accept this.
📣 Last week at Holyrood, Emma Roddick MSP spoke out about the Religious Observance Bill, which gives pupils the independent right to opt into worship, but not to opt out without parental permission.

I didn't even know acetaminophen was a thing until today, and now I can even pronounce it properly (after repeated practice). I don't think I will use this new addition to my vocabulary often, however. (I also checked on the use of commas with "however").
