i mean, obviously the point is that there is no objective way to determine whether A Cartoon is consenting to sex. the ambiguity is the point. it means if you post Sex Cartoons, there is now an excuse to ban you whenever it becomes convenient to do so (read: someone w/ money complains about you)

So, obviously the whole Itchio / Visa / Mastercard thing is very bad, and I see a lot of calling campaigns kicking off, so I tried to put together a list of things that can move the needle at a call center. Do with this info what you will.
So, WFM guy here, I crunch call center numbers all day and advise management on performance and staffing requirements. Here are some concrete goals to keep in mind with any sort of calling campaign: 🧵
