I Called Revenue Canada, about the 2 Receipt books around the same time I started Documenting the Illegally Dumped Auto Fluff, After Being Accused of Arson In A FB Post. Arson was Claimed Sept 7 2018, March 27 2017, found steam and oily Auto Fluff. Maybe the Gov, thought it Stopped after that or Not

First Test Results Received by ns environmental mech 21 2017, sent back on the 22nd, with request to take out PCB's 25.7% Moisture, and Heavy Metals, see pic 3. most levels all at max allowable after 2-3 tests
