March 27 2017, auto "fluff" found a second time, instead of charging the dump owners widow, ( she may not have known her daughter in law was turning toxic waste dumping into scrap metal sales) the dump is sold June 12, Ai now telling me Dexters didn't buy the dump till 2020, maybe the dump manager?
