111 sessions with my therapist & today was our last. I’ve sent one email to someone she recommended. New beginnings are scary & hard. Seek out new things anyway. When you can, how you can, where you can. You’ll soon find you are the one thing you can count on 💛✨☀️

The kittens were neutered on the 20th. For some reason the shelter decided to keep them over the weekend. I hope they are ok. I likely will not see them again before they go to the cafe to find forever homes. The world is still ablaze, emotions are so intense, everything is exhausting. ✊🏻💛 hold on
