Want an easy way to opt out and resist from your couch? Go to the settings of every app and turn off tracking. Delete any apps you don’t use. And switch to a search engine that doesn’t track your every thought—I mean swipe and click. DuckDuckGo is a good option. Now delete Google. Easy.

I can carry the pain, but the most devastating part of chronic fatigue is that I thirst to do everything and have to spend at least half my time laying down.

H5N1 is about to be our next pandemic. The data sequence from BC shows it has the mutation needed to be an efficient human host. It’s highly pathogenic, deadly, and now it can easily spread among humans. It’s got the same mutation as 1918 Spanish influenza. Get ready.
